FILE FORMAT CHANGE: Save files with new names!

Allow Paths to begin or end on turnouts. Prevent flyover motion when
3rd PlanIt is not active. Prevent loop when Connecting With Turnout
at shallow angles with long easements. Smooth Connect With Turnout
when lines are at differing elevations. Allow enabling of blocks of
pages in Page Setup dialog by Shift+Dragging.

Highlight duplicate track segments and unconnected ends in Questionable
Track display. Provide new Questionable Track Strict display style,
that requires endpoints to have same Z elevation to be considered
connected. Update Questionable Track when F7 (Refresh) is pressed
in 2D when in Questionable Track mode.

Correct bug setting elevation of turnouts when grade is fixed.
Increase 3D rendering speed of trees. Ensure layer names exported
to AutoCAD do not contain illegal characters. Allow helix objects
to have coincident start/end points. Allow turnout to be inserted
into tangent track. Ensure proper grade through curve when connecting
with turnout to a siding/parallel track. Prevent improper error
message using Connect Ends with two segments of the same circle.
Prevent occasional black vertical lines at side of textures. Do not
change focus of spotlights when editing a mesh. Ensure polygons with
over 100 vertices display properly.
